It’s hard to believe, but we are already well into January. It feels like January out! I am kicking off 2016 with four things that are exciting. This year – or rather 2016, I’ve decided I’m going to remind myself and document the blessings in my life. So many times the days slip by and the sweetness in life can get blurred. I want to remember it and from Whom it comes. So…I saw something on Facebook, and I’m appropriating it. I have a lovely vase that is going to become my Blessing Jar. Every time something wonderful that may seem “random” comes along, I’m going to write it down and date it and put it in the jar. One of my favorite Christmas movies is “The Bishop’s Wife” with Cary Grant, Loretta Young and David Niven. I’m a sucker for old black and white movies where there was actual dialogue. The movie brings to mind some very timely questions – what are we seeking? What are we expecting? What are our motives?
